Building A Website or Blog!
Building a website or blog is EASY!
There are so many websites out there that provide the tools to build your own website and blog. They turn it into a step by step proscess that my 5 year old can do!
First let me explain the difference between a domain and a sub-domain. Having your own domain name means you own it, its all yours. Example would be www.myowndomain.com
A sub-domain means the pages is yours, you have full controlle over it but it belongs to someone else. Example would be www.sub-domain.blog.com
For instance here is a blog in a sub-domain. http://theawsometruth.blogspot.com/
The websites that give you the tools needed to build your own website, those are gonna be under sub-domain. A sub-domain wont generate as much traffic as having your own domain would.
Thats why you start out small until you can get the hang of it, then go big. Create a website under a sub-domain, get some traffic comeing through it. Once your getting some money comeing through turn around, and use that money to by your own domain name, to generate even more traffic. So all your doing is reinvesting the money you already earned. The thing is it doesnt cost that much. |
OK so here are some sites with free web-building tools.
These are some of the many sites that are out there!
Just google free website builder and pick one for yourself!
Some sites ,like yola, allow you build your own website for free. Then if you choose to, upgrade the site into your own domain name for a price.
Even put a forum on your website so people can ask question and talk about your website topics.
